Outcomes and Broader Impacts

Engage

Connect experts to solve challenges.

We continuously engage with ecosystem thought leaders and industry experts to advance our mission of solving food resilience challenges. Through targeted engagement strategies, including the use of CRM and strategic outreach, we bring in the right people and organizations at the right times to support the work.

Identify

Determine where our help is needed.

We work directly with communities to source proposals that address food security issues. By collaborating with community leaders, we identify projects and prioritize them based on feasibility and the potential to scale to other communities. After careful evaluation, we select the projects that will have the greatest impact.

Implement

We make sure goals are met.

Once a project is selected, the FARMS team takes the lead as Project Managers. We ensure that all necessary resources and partners are in place to support the project’s success. Throughout the implementation process, we track progress, ensure goals are met, and maintain thorough documentation. Additionally, we develop case studies that highlight successful projects, with the goal of scaling these solutions to other rural communities.

Scale

Reach a broader audience with lasting impact.

Proven success stories from our case studies are shared with media and thought leadership outlets to generate exposure and support the scaling of solutions to other communities. This process ensures that successful food security initiatives reach a broader audience and have a lasting impact.
